二、奖学金内容和标准

1. 资助内容：学费、住宿费、生活费和综合医疗保险费。

2. 资助标准：

(1) 免学费；

(2) 提供免费校内住宿；

(3) 生活费：本科生2500元人民币/月、硕士3000元人民币/月，博士生3500元人民币/月；

(4) 综合医疗保险费：800元人民币/人/年

II. Scholarship Coverage and Criteria

1. Scholarship coverage: including tuition fees, accommodation expenses, living allowance, and comprehensive medical insurance expenses.

2. Scholarship criteria:

(1) Tuition waiver;

(2) Free in-campus accommodation;

(3) Living expenses: Undergraduates are provided with a monthly living expense of 2,500 yuan/ month, master students with 3,000 yuan/ month, and doctoral students with 3,500 yuan/ month;

(4) Comprehensive medical insurance: 800 RMB/person/year.

三、申请条件

1. 一带一路沿线国家非中国籍公民，身心健康（“一带一路”沿线国家名单详见：https://eng.yidaiyilu.gov.cn/info/iList.jsp?cat_id=10076)；

2. 学历和年龄要求：

申请攻读本科学位者，应当具有高中学位或同等学力，年龄不超过25岁；

申请攻读硕士学位者，应当具有本科学位或同等学力，年龄不超过35岁；

申请攻读博士学位者，应当具有硕士学位或同等学力，年龄不超过45岁；

3. 语言要求：

中文授课本科专业申请者，中文水平至少达到汉语水平考试（HSK）四级水平；

中文授课硕士及博士申请者，中文水平至少达到汉语水平考试（HSK）五级水平；

如果申请者汉语水平未达到以上标准，可以申请先补习汉语一年，达到标准后，再进入专业学习；

英文授课项目申请者，需提供英语水平证明，托福（TOEFL）需达到85分，雅思（IELTS）需达到6.5分。上一阶段学位学习使用英语教学的申请者，可提供由上所就读学校学校出具的《英语授课证明》。我校认定的英语母语国家申请者可以免除提供上述英语水平证明。

Ⅲ. Application Requirements

1. Non-Chinese citizens from countries along the Belt and Road (refer to https://eng.yidaiyilu.gov.cn/info/iList.jsp?cat_id=10076 to see the name list), with good physical and mental health;

2. Requirements for applicant’s degree and age:

Applicants applying for bachelor degree should have a high school degree or equivalent academic qualifications and be under the age of 25;

Applicants applying for master degree should have a bachelor degree or equivalent academic qualifications, and be under the age of 35;

Applicants applying for doctoral degree should have a master degree or equivalent academic qualifications, and be under the age of 45;

3. Language requirements:

Chinese-taught undergraduate program applicants should have a Chinese proficiency level of at least HSK Level 4. Chinese-taught master and doctoral program applicants should have a Chinese proficiency level of at least HSK Level 5.

Applicants who have not reached the required Chinese proficiency can apply for a one-year Chinese language tutoring before entering the major study.

English-taught program applicants should provide English proficiency certificate. The TOEFL score should be no less than 85 points, and the IELTS score should be no less than 6.5 points. Applicants who were taught in English in the previous stage of degree study may provide a relevant certificate issued by the former university. Native English speakers can be exempt from providing the above-mentioned English proficiency certificate.

四、申请流程

申请者需同时在国家留学基金委网站和华中师范大学大学国际学生在线服务系统网站上进行申请，并在2024年5月20日前提交申请。申请步骤为：

1.登录“中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统”（http://www.campuschina.org/），在线填写《中国政府奖学金申请表》并提交所需申请材料；华中师范大学招生代码为10511，“丝绸之路”中国政府奖学金项目类别为：B类；

2.登录“华中师范大学国际留学生在线服务系统”（https://ccnu.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx），在线注册账号，点击注册激活链接激活个人账号，选择 “中国政府奖学金——（B类）丝绸之路奖学金项目”填写申请、提交申请材料并支付300元人民币报名费。

IV. Application Process

Applicants need to apply on both the China Scholarship Council Website and the International Student Online Service System of Central China Normal University website, and submit their applications before May 20^th, 2024. The application steps are as follows:

1.Log in to the "CSC Online Application System" (http://www.campuschina.org/) and fill out the "China Government Scholarship Application Form" online, and submit the required application materials; Central China Normal University's enrollment code is 10511, and the "Silk Road" China Government Scholarship program category is B.

2.Log in to the "International Online Service Platform for International Students of Central China Normal University (https://ccnu.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx), register an account online, click on the link to activate your personal account, select "Chinese Government Scholarship - (Type B) Silk Road Scholarship program", fill out the application, submit the application materials and pay 300 yuan for registration.

五、申请材料

所有以下文件应提供高清彩色扫描复印件：

1.《中国政府奖学金申请表》（在线填写）；

2.护照首页：申请人须提交有效期晚于2024年9月的本人普通护照首页清晰扫描件，如现持有护照有效期不符合要求，请及时办理新护照。对于因客观原因无法在提交申请前办理护照的申请人，经受理机构允许后，可提交包含本人“英文姓名、性别、国籍、出生日期”等信息的有效证件或证明文件；

3.经公证的最高学历证明：如申请人为在校学生，须提交本人就读学校出具的预毕业证明或在学证明；

4.学习成绩单：中英文以外语言文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；

5.语言能力证明：申请人须提供有效期内且与相应语言水平要求相符的HSK成绩报告或托福、雅思成绩报告。

6.来华学习或研究计划（不少于800字），用中文或英文书写；

7.申请攻读硕士、博士学位的申请者需提供两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；

8.申请人须提交《外国人体格检查表》复印件（原件自行保存，此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，须英文填写），申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效，检查结果有效期为6个月；

9.无犯罪记录证明：申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前6个月以内的证明文件。

V. Application Documents

All the following documents should be provided with high-quality colored scanned copies:

1.Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship (completed online);

2.The first page of the applicant's passport: Applicants should submit a clear scan of the first page of their passport with a validity date later than September 2024. If the current passport doesn’t meet the requirement, please renew it in a timely manner. For applicants who cannot obtain a passport due to objective reasons before submitting the application, they can submit valid documents or certificates containing their "English name, gender, nationality, date of birth" and other information after the approval of both the Chinese embassy in local area and Central China Normal University;

3.Notarized proof of highest academic qualification: If your degree/ diploma is not in Chinese nor English, please translate and notarize it, then upload both original and notarized versions；

4.Academic transcript: If your transcript is not in Chinese nor English, please translate and notarize it, then upload both original and notarized versions;

5.Language proficiency certificate: Applicants should provide a valid HSK, TOEFL or IELTS score report that corresponds to the relevant language proficiency requirement;

6.Study or research plan (no less than 800 words), written in Chinese or English;

7. Two letters of recommendation from professors or associate professors, written in Chinese or English ( compulsory for master & doctoral applicants);

8.Copies of the Physical Examination Form for Foreigners (original document should be kept and must be filled out in English by the Chinese health quarantine department): Applicants should undergo physical examination in accordance with the requirements in the Physical Examination Form for Foreigners, and any forms with missing items, unstamped photos, or no signatures and stamps from doctors or hospitals are invalid. The results are valid for 6 months;

9.Non-Criminal record certificate: Applicants should submit a valid non-criminal record certificate issued by the local authorities within the validity period, normally a proof file within 6 months before submission of the application.

2024年4月15日至2024年5月20日

*请申请旅游管理中文授课本科项目的学生在5月8日之前完成申请。
